Shipping and return policies for Last Known Trajectory

Shipping Info
All orders are shipped as soon as possible once full payment has cleared, typically within 1-2 days. Please allow adequate time to receive your order; for UK customers this is typically 3-5 working days and approximately 1-2 weeks for overseas delivery, depending on the location and method of shipping. Whilst we endeavour to ensure the timely delivery of your order, please note that we are unable to guarantee specific dispatch or delivery dates unless specifically stated. You should notify us if you do not receive your order within a reasonable timeframe.

Last Known Trajectory cannot be held responsible for any import duties, customs or sales taxes, or any other additional fees that your package may incur upon arrival in its destination country. If you are unsure as to whether your package may be subject to these or similar charges, then you are advised to contact your national customs office for more information.
Return Policy
Please note that all publications, audio and video recordings are supplied on a firm sale basis and that we are unable to exchange or refund unsealed items. Sealed media and items of clothing may be cancelled up to 14 days upon receipt of your order. Any items to be returned must be sealed as supplied with all packaging and labels fully intact and in as new condition, or in the case of clothing items, these must be unwashed and unworn. When returning cancelled items all return shipping costs shall be incurred by the customer.

Should you receive an incorrect, incomplete or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt detailing the issue. We may ask you to return the defective or incorrect item. In this instance the return shipping cost incurred by the customer will be refunded (usually up to a value no higher than the original shipping amount) and if we need to dispatch a replacement item this will be undertaken at our expense.

Please be sure to contact us for authorization before returning any items, or if there are any other problems with your order. Returned goods will be accepted for refund or exchange by prior arrangement only. It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that any returned items are packaged and mailed securely. You are therefore advised to obtain a "proof of posting" receipt from your post office, as this may be required to make a claim in the event of any item becoming lost or damaged. Last Known Trajectory cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged whilst on their return.
